  • Researched zoning and building codes and coordinated with municipal authorities.

  • Tracked billing to see that projects met contractual agreements.

  • Small general practice firm with emphasis in residential renovations, additions, and new construction in historic areas of the Chicago North Shore communities. Other projects included mixed-use redevelopment in Lake Bluff's traditional commercial center, Naval community centers, and land planning for housing developments in the Baja area of Mexico.
